Who we are
Hashtag Creative Marketing is a video-led creative marketing agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this policy “we” and “us” mean Hashtag Creative Marketing, and “you” means anyone using this website or contacting us through it.

Information you give us
We only ask for what a project enquiry needs. When you complete the Start a Project form, we collect the details you enter:
- Name and company
- Email address and phone or WhatsApp number
- Service interest, budget range and timeline
- The description of your project or campaign
- Whether you consented to be contacted
We use these details to reply to your enquiry, scope the work and, if you asked us to, keep you informed about relevant services. We do not sell them and we do not pass them to third parties for their own marketing.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information: pages visited, referring source, approximate location by IP, device and browser type, and interaction events such as form starts and video plays. This is used in aggregate to understand which pages answer a question well and which do not.

- Advertising measurement, to attribute enquiries to campaigns we run
- Error and performance logging, to keep pages fast and working
Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies are covered separately in our cookie policy, which lists each category we set and how to refuse the non-essential ones.
How long we keep information
Enquiry details are retained while we are in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up where a project left off. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. Where an enquiry does not become a project and you ask us to remove your details, we delete them.
Who else can see it
We use third-party services to run the business: email hosting, analytics, advertising platforms and cloud storage for production files. Those providers process data on our instruction. Client footage, stills and campaign material are held under the confidentiality terms of the relevant project agreement.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to be contacted. Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link. Requests go to [email protected] and we aim to respond within a reasonable period.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes materially we update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the website after a change means the current version applies.
