Agreement to these terms
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website only. Paid work is governed by a separate written project agreement, which prevails over anything on this page.
Use of the website
You may read, share and link to any page here. You may not:
- Copy or republish substantial parts of the site as your own
- Use the content to train or fine-tune a model for commercial resale
- Attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site
- Misrepresent your identity when submitting an enquiry
Intellectual property
The Hashtag Creative Marketing name, logo, wordmark, wave mark and the design of this website are ours. Case-study films, stills, campaign creative and written work shown here remain the property of Hashtag Creative Marketing or of the client who commissioned them, and are published with permission. Reproduction without written consent is not permitted.
Ownership of work produced for a client is set out in that client's project agreement, not here.
Case studies, figures and claims
Performance figures on this website are drawn from platform analytics and are published with their reporting period and whether they include paid support. They describe what happened on a specific campaign for a specific client. They are evidence of past work, not a forecast or a guarantee of a result on yours.
Where a client has not yet approved a figure for publication, the page says so rather than showing an estimate.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting the project form does not create a contract. Nothing on this website, including indicative budget ranges, constitutes a binding quotation. Scope, fees, timelines and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Third-party links
Some pages link to platforms we publish on or tools we reference. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Liability
The website is provided as it is. We take care to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes relating to this website fall to the courts of Dhaka.
